Lignans are a class of plant fibers that have been studied extensively for their valuable potential health benefits. Flax seed has been found to contain 100-400 times more Lignan than all other known sources. We use a process which preserves the Lignan containing fibers within the oil. In addition to the superior quality of our High Lignan Flax Oil, many BioNatures' consumers feel it has an even better taste than standard Flax Oil.

Note: Due to the nature of the product, each lot of flaxseed oil may have slightly different characteristics. Some particulates are finer than others so the particulate suspension and re-mix can be different. Lignans will settle in a day. Bottles should be shaken really well every time the oil is taken, which of course, is every day.
